Program Manager, Threat Management

This position manages the security threat management and investigations program for Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). The position is the subject matter expert relating to conducting threat assessments, performing behavior/threat profiling, using social media and other investigative tool, recommending appropriate threat mitigation measures, performing security investigations, and case management. The position also assists with the collection, analysis, and preparation of intelligence briefings on existing and emerging risks/threat that could impact operations.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Develops, implements, and maintains all threat management and investigation procedures.

Responds to various incident alerts/threats, quickly assesses conditions and situations based on intelligence gathering information; makes notification decisions based on incident response workflows, activates and coordinates emergency response procedures, and maintains situational information and status of incident response actions.

Develops and maintains a threat management database and identifies and implements methods for tracking threats/risks to ACE operations.

Works closely with members of the Workplace Violence Committee and provides threat assessment and behavior analysis expertise on cases.

Prepares and conducts security threat awareness training across the enterprise.

Conducts both internal and external security related investigations and maintains an investigation database.

Assist with the development of Event Action Plans (EAP) for all events from a threat intelligence gathering perspective.

Coordinates threat management intelligence gathering for special events.

Facilitates the collection, analysis, and preparation of various intelligence briefings, including but not limited to, daily briefs, travel briefs, white papers on emerging threats, etc.

Performs physical security threat assessments of ACE facilities and determines appropriate security measures based on risk to protect employees, members, and guests.

Participates in the budget development, forecasting and oversight for the threat management program.

Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$94,900.00 - $(phone number removed)Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
