We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Process Manager to create visibility and enhance supply chain processes across our rapidly growing portfolio. This individual will bring expertise in aerospace supply chain management, with a focus on federal compliance and process optimization. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead the development and continuous improvement of supply chain processes that are operationally efficient and federally compliant Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, sourcing, purchasing, material movement & logistics, quality, engineering, and manufacturing/operations Utilize key data systems to capture analytics that inform and improve continuous process improvement Implement best practices for supply chain management in the aerospace and defense sector that are scalable Lead project management efforts while leveraging predictive modeling for planning, leveraging lean approaches to governance/compliance, and reporting up and out metrics for project performance Support the Supply Chain Program Manager in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management within the aerospace or defense industry Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Proficient in the use of ERP systems for supply chain operations Demonstrated ability in managing projects, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Effective communicator capable of working with various teams to meet program objectives CSCP certification or equivalent supply chain management credential preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Project management certification (e.g., PMP) Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc. US Salary Range $108,000 - $162,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
