The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPI OPM) team plays a key role in launching Client s new products on time with superior quality and maximum customer availability. The NPI OPM - Post Ramp Qualification & Client s Care (PRQ & AC) plays a pivotal role in managing hardware changes post launch. A successful NPI OPM is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development teams and other functional organizations within Client s.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Client s cross-functional teams & Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations teams to plan, execute and report status of PRQ projects.

Work with OEM to plan PRQ qualification builds, secure materials, line readiness and monitor progress PRQ builds.

Manage component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost.

Plan and seek approval for PRQ budgets.

Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.

Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization, report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management.

Role Requirements:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development

Result oriented and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management

Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience

Bachelor s Degree preferably in Supply Chain/Operations, Science or Engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
