Job Description: Position Overview:
Analyzes and solves computer problems, and assures technology meets the needs of the organization. Implements system studies to assist organization to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes. Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system.
Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims certified specialist experienced in working with Revenue Cycle operations teams and end users within organization and other outside parties as necessary to trouble shoot build issues, operational issues and other technical issues. This person is responsible to configure, test and deploy the Epic software according to decisions made by operational and technical SMEs. Participate in initiatives by gathering and analyzing information, preparing structured documentation, and presentations of findings and general troubleshooting, as necessary. Complete assigned team tasks as documented in the work plan. Report status of task completion to assigned Team Lead. Provide timely alerts about endangered milestones and deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience with prof billing and claims
5+ years with build and implementation
Experience with supporting claims volume
Experience with epic change control process
Benefit engine and experience with ServiceNow would be a plus

Minimum Education:
Bachelor preferred. EPIC certifications required.

Location: Remote

Schedule: 9-5 PST (out of state candidates okay, but they must accommodate the schedule).

Interview Type: Teams. 1 round, possibly 2 if there are several top candidates in consideration.
