Job description

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven professional to join our Space Mission Systems team as a Mid-Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Analyst. This exciting opportunity is based in El Segundo, CA, and involves supporting our Government and Commercial Satellite Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and project requirements.

Ensure integration of project/program plans and schedules across various functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.

Identify, analyze, and report performance variances.

Lead the review and management of schedule changes.

Support the development of proposal plans, baseline execution schedules, and perform critical path analysis and what-if planning.

Deliver IPMR Format 6 deliverables and participate in all aspects of IP&S activities.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management.

3+ years of experience as a data or business analyst.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.

Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

3+ years of experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.

3+ years of experience using Milestone Professional.

Shift: This position is for 1st shift and is 100% onsite.

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
