On our team, you will work will Booz Allen colleagues, other support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to develop and deploy the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities. You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government as the Lead Systems Integrator ensuring the space, ground, and crypto segments are integrated successfully to meet user's needs. You will provide direct support to the chief engineer and manage the Booz Allen engineering team supporting the program office. You Have: 7+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD space systems
Experience performing systems engineering for satellite systems or ground systems
Experience using a model-based systems engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and te chn ical baselines
Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS Nice If You Have: 2+ years of experience with military SATCOM systems
2+ years of experience with space acquisition
Experience with a sof tware program utilizing Agile methodologies
Experience with Confluence or Jira
Experience working with sof tware factories or DevSecOps pipelines
Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
Top Secret clearance Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
