Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of "Connecting the Best in Healthcare." We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near Humboldt County, CA.

Your New Role:

Position: Primary Care or Family Practice

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, consisting of two 4-hour shifts per day

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing own patient panel; must be able to work independently with physician mentorship available

Patient Population: Diverse patient base in a community health setting, with a minimum goal of seeing 9 patients per shift, 18 per 8-hour day

In this Role:

As a Primary Care Physician at our facility, you will manage your own patient panel, ensuring comprehensive care for a diverse population in Humboldt County, CA.
