Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to oversee a program area within the Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products (SSBU). Onsite work location: Goleta, CA This role will collaborate with other program manager staff in setting program plan, vision, and tactical direction for program implementation by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the program's engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams. What You Will Do Account for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation Establishes an executable baseline and manages the risks and opportunities of assigned programs Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs) , as well as coordinating customer Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and other primes Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areas Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts Manage opportunity, cost, quality and schedule, performance and technical aspects Responsible for supporting proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation, and administration of contracts with the customer Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (such as Program or Project Management) Experience supporting cross-functional teams Experience supporting proposal efforts Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required . Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at RTX. We Are RTX The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
