Sodexo is seeking a Executive Chef 4 for MarinHealth Medical Center located in Greenbrae, CA. MarinHealth includes three major entities - a hospital, foundation, and network of expert clinicians - and our combined offering provides North Bay residents with a wide spectrum of high quality services from health and wellness education to diagnosis to advanced treatment and beyond for injuries and illness of all kinds.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • monitor, audit, implement and standardize new menus;
  • work with vendors on procurement items; be responsible for purchasing manager and purchasing financial audits;
  • have daily interaction with patients, their families and clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years
