Location: Northern California - Bay Area Pay Rate : PT - $ 45 to 50

Position Type: Per Diem Therapy Position

Overview:Join a team dedicated to patient-centered care as an Outpatient Physical Therapist in beautiful Northern California with one of our Outpatient client. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver quality care and support to our diverse patient population. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting, providing personalized treatment plans and hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and conduct therapy sessions for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
Implement evidence-based practices and techniques to maximize patient recovery and outcomes
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-therapy care to promote long-term health
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest therapy techniques, treatments, and technologies
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and clinic policies
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapy license and Physical Therapy Assistant licnese in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in outpatient care preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent communication and documentation skills
CPR certification
New Grads are welcome to apply if you have done rounds in OP set up in your internship.
