Volt is immediately hiring a Assembly/Warehouse Associates for a logistics company in Otay Mesa Ca.
As a Assembly/Warehouse Associate you will:

• Assemble small electronic products by hand using screw drivers and following written instructions
• Mount electronic products to display boards following schematic
• Attach cables/wires to display boards by color (Example: Blue wire to blue cable)
• After mounting process, connect and test the electronic product works properly
• Place labels on the display board in an organized manner
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Assist in packaging of display boards once finished and tested
• Close boxes neatly, place labels on exterior of the box, and write down codes for tracking
• Insert any paperwork associated to the product inside the box's
• Place box's onto pallets and prepare for shipment
• Assist with receiving, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately base on project
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

This is a Full-Time Project Based Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Using small hand tools
• Able to follow color coding for assembly
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Able to follow written and verbal instruction in either English or Spanish
• Able to place labels neatly
• Must be comfortable lifting box's
• Must be able to verify and write down label codes
• Able to be on their feet for a majority of the shift
• Experience using Manual Pallet Jacks
• Skilled at palletizing boxes

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Open to Overtime if needed)
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
