JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an extremely detailed oriented, computer savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to train the right candidate with a can-do attitude.

The Billing Associate's primary role is responsibility for all aspects of client billing and other accounting or operational functions for the company, as needed. The Billing Associate will report to the Controller and interact with other departments of the organization including Purchasing, Support Services, Engineering, Client Services and Sales.

Generate Invoices / Credit Memos

Maintain Client Agreements, Products Pricing

Create projects from approved SOWs

Prepare monthly agreement analysis reports

Process / Track requests in CW

American Express Reconciliation

Bank Reconciliation
