Job Description: Summary:
The main function of a Finance Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, modification, and daily functional support of Finance applications (JDE preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
" Works with key stakeholders within Finance and Accounting function.
" Gathers requirements from business units and translates to support Accounting on Month-End close.
" Demonstrates an informed knowledge of Accounting function to resolve problems.
" Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
" Serves as a liaison between IT and the Finance and Accounting functions to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Qualifications:
" Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field required.
" 2-4 years experience required in Financial systems or Accounting support role.
" Basic knowledge of Accounting with Financial systems to understand business processes.
" Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
" Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.
" A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems and Finance/Accounting process level .
" Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information.
Comments for Suppliers: Need Finance/Accounting process experience with technical skill/aptitude. JDE preferred.
