Volt is immediately hiring for Inside Sales Coordinator for a company in Irvine, CA.
As a Inside Sales Coordinator you will:

• Prepare quotations and formal proposals.
• Coordinate bid submission packages.
• Respond to all RFQ's.
• Respond to customer and business development team inquiries.
• Update and Distribute Competitive Price Sheet.
• Assist in the development and establishment of the Company's quotation policy and procedures; the procedures are to be incorporated with CRM and ERP Systems.
• Complete vendor qualification/information packages.

This is a full time opportunity. Monday through Friday, 10:30PM to 7:00AM.
The ideal candidate will have:

• 4 to 5 years of coordinating/managing marketing, customer service, or similar activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors' degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Excel knowledge and experience must include ODBC interfaces, Pivot Tables, advanced database functions, and advanced text manipulation functions.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel and Word programs.
• Experience with a technology company preferred.

Pay Rate: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
