Role Summary:

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you bring deep expertise in managing multiple complex Marketing projects simultaneously. You know how to work in fast paced, ever changing environments and can react quickly to change. You have a deep understanding in both strategic and operational aspects of marketing and go-to-marketing initiatives. You are an excellent communicator and know the value of over-communicating when a project requires it.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, including but not limited to marketing campaigns for product launches, cross-platform initiatives, and other consumer-facing projects.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing teams to manage multiple cross-functional, recurring meetings by setting agendas, taking notes, and determining executional plans coming out of those meetings.
Build a strong understanding of the entire brand and marketing team's needs. Assist in identifying and developing simple, scalable solutions and processes that bridge gaps and allow for better work efficiencies
Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to establish workback schedules, timelines and the scheduling of initiative launches.
Define and establish measurable objectives ensuing campaign alignment with business goals. Work with cross functional partners to assess market, demand, and owner research to provide the team insights on how to better position Rivian products and develop KPIs to ensure a successful launch.
Define and establish measurable objectives ensuring campaign alignment across business goals. Analyze results from campaigns to provide direction on what's working to inform future campaign planning.
Work with different teams and data sources to create an actionable and accurate "single source of truth" by utilizing data visualization tools.
Partner across teams to build a customer data platform solution that captures data from all customer interactions , unifies it with internal systems, and enables the data for insights and activation
Monitor the performance and efficiency of budgets to ensure that project launch is on target
Develop deep qualitative and quantitative customer insights on all fronts to advise marketing strategies. Build compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to resonate with target audiences
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in project/program management
MBA graduate from a recognized Business School or equivalent academic credentials
High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
Proficient in Jira, Tableau, Confluence, Figma, Slack and Microsoft Suite.
Able to create structured approaches and plans from ambiguous problems or prompts
Excellent communication skills to communicate your logic, process, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience creating solutions that measure full funnel outcomes, and optimizing audience segments based on target criteria
