A day in the life.

As our Sales and Risk Consultant on the Private Client Services National team, youll be responsible for the personal risk management assessment of the prospects portfolio, identifying solutions and placement strategies to address needs, and ensuring a seamless transition to the Client Advisor.
The Sales and Risk Consultant gathers current coverage information from prospect and evaluates, analyzes, and prepares comprehensive risk evaluation to include product and service requirements.
Delivers individual advice including advantages and disadvantages of the various options and make recommendations during a one on one with prospects and clients.
Negotiates with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for prospects proposals, while conforming with laws, regulations and requirements governing the insurance industry
Generates referrals from prospects and clients.
Responsible for meeting new business development goals and forecasting.
Reviews and interprets carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations.
Includes practice specialists, as needed throughout the business development process to best manage prospects risk exposure.
Works with Business Development Executives and Client Advisors as appropriate to grow and expand referral sources.

3+ years personal lines business development experience with high-net-worth clientele
P&C License
Some travel required
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,500 to $118,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
