About the Team:
The Senior Marketing Analyst Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive marketing effectiveness and business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, previous marketing analytical experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

What You Will Do:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.

Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and feedback to guide marketing strategies.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights for strategic planning.

Support the development of marketing strategies and plans by providing data-driven insights.

Conduct sales forecasts and scenario planning to guide marketing investments and initiatives.

Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing data and insights across the organization.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis efforts.

Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Oversee the implementation and management of marketing analytics tools and software. Ensure the team is proficient in using analytical tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in marketing analysis.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.

Experience transforming complex data into clear visualizations and stories.

Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $130,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $168,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

For New York-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $136,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $176,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
