Overview:
Our client TD Architects located in Irvine, California has a career opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on individual as their Administrative/HR Specialist. Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the owner and others, including greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering and directing phone calls and voice mail messages, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and employee events, maintaining office supplies and other office needs, running errands, and general clerical tasks. In addition, the Administrative/HR Specialist will handle HR tasks including scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing documents for new hires, maintaining personnel files and entering/updating/terminating benefit enrollments as-needed.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include an Associates degree in Administration, with a focus on Human Resources preferred. Experience performing administrative support and handling HR tasks with the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential to this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to speak with individuals at all levels via email, telephone and in-person is mandatory. Exceptional organization and attention to detail are a must. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, friendly, out-going personality and a willingness to jump in and help where needed. Strong computer skills are necessary - specifically with MicroSoft products.
