Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operation of the Rehabilitation Department in a hospital inpatient and out-patient setting. This position assures the quality of patient care delivery in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology services. The Manager of Rehab Services acts as a liaison with various MMHS departments and MMHS administration. The Manager provides leadership and professional growth opportunities for department staff. The Manager is responsible for departmental financial planning, budget preparation, and operations. The Manager of Rehab Services functions in accordance with their State Practice Act.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Required Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology, required.
Licensing Requirements: Current CA Physical Therapist License, or Occupational Therapy License, or Speech-Language Pathology License Required
