We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in recruiting cleared professionals, who understands DoD language and requirements to strengthen our proposal success rate. You'll work closely with program managers, building relationships to uncover whitespace opportunities and target roles that provide immediate financial gains. You will play a critical role in sourcing top-tier talent, including niche roles, and fine-tuning resumes to meet GovCon client expectations. What You'll Do:
Strategic Recruiting: Use your expertise to find cleared professionals for highly competitive roles, with a focus on DoD contracts. Present candidates who meet the specific needs of GovCon contracts, rating them on a quality scale (A+, B+, etc.).
Tailored Resume Optimization: Fine-tune candidate resumes to give us the edge in competitive contract selections. Your skill in showcasing candidates' strengths will be key to our success.
Develop Program Manager Relationships: Partner with program managers to uncover whitespace opportunities, ensuring you stay ahead of the competition for subcontracting positions.
Focus on Immediate Financial Gains: Target roles that provide quick financial returns by filling high-demand whitespace positions.
Specialized & Cleared Recruiting: Recruit for niche roles such as weathermen and electronic warfare officers, understanding security clearance requirements (Secret, TS, TS/SCI).
Negotiate Competitive Salaries: Use your expertise to negotiate competitive salaries, balancing candidate expectations with contract requirements. Compensation & Incentives:

5-7 Years of Experience
$43 - $52/hour
Recruiter with significant experience in GovCon and cleared personnel recruitment. Able to manage most recruitment tasks independently. 7-10 Years of Experience
$52 - $58/hour
Senior-level recruiter capable of handling full-cycle recruiting, whitespace opportunities, and coordinating with prime contractors independently. 10+ Years of Experience
$58 - $63/hour
Expert-level recruiter with extensive experience in GovCon and cleared professional recruitment. Likely to mentor junior recruiters and take on leadership roles.
Performance Bonus: $250 for meeting high-demand placement goals and filling roles quickly (e.g., within 30 days).

GovCon Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting for government contracts, especially for cleared professionals (Secret, TS/SCI), and an understanding of DoD terminology.
