As our Practice Office Manager, you are the type of professional that collaborates to build a positive office culture, inspires a superb patient experience, maintaining a high quality of service to patients and engaging the team to achieve business goals.

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include:

Develop a financially sustainable office

Demonstrate leadership and inclusivity

Define business objectives

Lead a complaint team to execute operational excellence

Responsibilities:
Identify training and coaching opportunities

Develop a strong financial obligation throughout the team

Provide operational support to the team and vendors

Oversee office financials and OSHA/HIPPA regulations

Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community

Create an open-door culture with the team.

Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations

Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth

Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team

Qualifications:
What are the must have's to join the team?
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or a similar role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in providing effective leadership by inspiring and motivating teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to be able to foster clear and concise information exchange with all staff.
• Proven track record of promoting seamless collaboration and teamwork amongst multiple stakeholders.
