Overview:
Service Champions NorCal is hiring for an Electrical Sales and Service Manager for our Electrical Service Center based in Livermore, CA. The successful candidate will oversee sales operations, manage demand service calls and have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of electrical products and service. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, at-will position, with additional earning potential.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new marketing opportunities and work with other departments to ensure alignment on sales, initiatives and client needs.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to the sales team.
Drive selection, adoption and training of new products that allow us to better serve our clients and increase revenue.
Assist in ensuring that the right tech is set up with the right call for success in the client's home.
Drive the service team to generate sales leads on service calls.
Ensure that a "WOW" service is delivered on every call.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Implement service improvements based on client feedback and company needs.
Partner with the recruiting team to recruit, train and mentor new sales and service team members to grow the department.
Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration and results.
Conduct performance reviews and evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Increase client loyalty; participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the companies offering.
Operate with a safety-first mindset, ensuring all team members are working and driving safely.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years residential electrical manager experience in sales and service management.
Strong Leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of residential electrical products and services.
Ability to handle physical workload (lift, carry, push, pull) up to 75 lbs.
Ability to drive a company vehicle, sit, stand, kneel, crawl, climb ladders for long periods of time.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Focused on quality and results driven.
Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledgeable and skilled in safety.
Committed adherence to the company's core values and core purpose.
Comfortable on a computer.
Reliable and punctual.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to fluently speak, read, write in the English language.
Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business.
Valid driver's license, with 5+ years of driving experience.
