Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Home Service HVAC Installation Technicians. No previous residential HVAC experience is necessary for this position but is sure doesn't hurt! We provide 4 weeks paid training to help get you started!

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
Diagnose issues, replace parts and perform preventative maintenance.
Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
Performing start-up of equipment
Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets
Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
Mechanical aptitude
Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 120-150 lbs.
Able to routinely stand, bend, sit, crawl and drive
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
Results driven in a high-energy environment
Attention to detail
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
