Archer Pilates is a well-established Pilates studio dedicated to providing high-quality Pilates instruction to our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both our instructors and members. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time fully Certified Pilates Instructor.

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who is not only a fully certified Pilates instructor but also possesses strong communication and organizational skills. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for teaching private and group classes as well as ensuring client information and payments are up-to-date and selling future classes and Private sessions.

Responsibilities
Conducting private and group Pilates classes
Assisting with scheduling and client management
Ensuring the studio maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere
Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
Participating in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications
Be commited to working 25 hours a week. Evenings and weekends needed as well as daytime
Wilingness to work holidays as the studio is open most holiday mornings.
Fully certified Pilates instructor with at least two years of teaching experience. Certification in Reformer Pilates is a must. Additional equipment certification preferred
Proficiency in Mindbody scheduling system preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
