Establish and build new client relationships using provided client contacts.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.

Track and improve client service processes to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in client service, business development, or sales.

Strong ability to establish and nurture client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Experience with commission-based roles is a plus.
