Job description

Property Administrator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, CA.

The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:

  • MRI Or Yardi experience
  • Prior property administration experience
  • Paying $28 per hour; depending on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • AP/AR and invoicing for the team
  • Assists with tenant and vendor customer service.
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff including but not limited to phone support, draft, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc.
  • Maintains tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, etc.
  • Works with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
  • Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to vendors.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma
  • MRI or Yardi experience
  • One year of related experience with commercial property administration
