Position Overview:

As a project coordinator at Circadia Health you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects and day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for organizing tasks on managing meeting logistics, liaising with clients and internal teams, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable about the home health industry.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects.
    • Organize all day-to-day tasks on to ensure smooth workflow and project management.
    • Document meeting notes and distribute pre- and post-meeting reads to relevant stakeholders.
    • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, ensuring that meetings are productive and efficient.
    • Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
    • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from enrollment to installation, ensuring that objectives are met.
    • Liaise with customers and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Deliver reports on project performance and outcomes to senior management and customers.
    • Utilize your knowledge of the home health sector to ensure that projects align with industry standards and client needs.
    • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably within the home health industry.
    • Proficiency with project management tools, especially
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
    • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of healthcare technology, especially in the context of home health.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in documenting meeting notes, preparing agendas, and managing project documentation.
    • Ability to deliver clear and concise reports on project performance and outcomes.
