We are seeking an experienced International Sr. International Inventory Operations Manager to join our team and optimize our global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a particular focus on Amazon logistics.
Responsibilities
Calculate and maintain Amazon storage capacity limits across multiple non-US markets
Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments, serve as point of escalation with Freight Forwarders with inbounding
Troubleshoot any packaging, labeling, or other product issues preventing inbounding or fulfillment
Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess
Track and manage in-country shipments on a weekly or daily basis to ensure on-time delivery
Analyze supply chain data and recommend improvements and cost savings
Monitor international regulations to ensure compliance
Report on supply chain performance to senior leadership, focusing on key metrics such as in-stock rate, transit times, cost to ship, etc
Evaluate and analyze vendor performance (SLAs for Amazon and various freight forwarders)
Be direct point of contact for all international Amazon relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and drive results
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in international supply chain management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced with Google Sheets and data analysis tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Must be able to prioritize ad-hoc requests
Nice to Have: In-depth knowledge of Amazon's logistics and fulfillment processes

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $80-110K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $80-110K based on experience.
