Job description

Law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex and detailed administrative tasks for assigned attorneys and other attorneys as required, including final production of legal documents and correspondence
  • Edit, format, print and revise all letters, memos, reports, forms, labels and other printed material
  • State/Federal e-filing
  • Attorney timekeeping
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule conference rooms & travel arrangements
  • Expenses


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3-5 years commercial litigation experience required
  • MS Office Suite required
  • Trial experience required
