Job description
LHH is looking for a litigation paralegal in Los Angeles, CA. The qualified candidate will be open to contract to hire position, with 5+ years of experience and excellent stability in past roles.
Responsibilities:
• Discovery, arbitrations, and trials in complex cases.
• Draft complex legal documents, trial prep from beginning to end, cite checking and experience with lemon law, consumer warranty highly desired.
• Federal and state e-filing.
Experience:
• 6+ years as a litigation paralegal with trial experience (defense).
• eDiscovery experience.
• Experience with Relativity, Westlaw, and Lexis/Nexis.
• Experience with Cite-Checking and Blue Booking.
Qualifications:
• Paralegal Certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Contract to Hire
• Hybrid Schedule must have CA litigation experience.
• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the hourly range is estimated to be $30-40 hourly and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
