As a Production Scheduler you will:
- Review, enter and verify open sales order.
- Create and review work orders according to sales order demand.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain dispatch list and production schedule.
- Maintain daily metrics
- Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting assigned brands. Balance production and inventory levels with demand to support target consistent with 99% customer service levels, inventory turn goals and capacity utilization requirements.
- Reviews sales forecasts, open orders, backorders, future dated orders on a daily basis and adjusts production schedules accordingly
- Actively previews, communicates and coordinates the production schedule with Operations to ensure effective and efficient manufacturing execution. Proactively resolves issues that might prevent schedules from being completed to plan.
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate: $25-40/hr
