Mission:
As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for :

Lead and coordinate projects, end-to-end (from kickoff to closing) across 4 dimensions:

•Ensure delivery performance (contract, deliverables, workloads)
•Optimize project margin through productivity and continuous improvement
•Maximize client satisfaction through regular touchpoints and alignments with clients
•Contribute to business development by supporting the commercial efforts
Act as the interface between Capabilities units and Business Unit

Profil:
Project Delivery Management:Lead and manage projects from kickoff to closing, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Monitor and report on project performance, including contract compliance, deliverable progress, and workload management.

Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.

Performance and Optimization:Optimize project margins by enhancing productivity and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Analyze project performance data to propose and implement strategies for efficiency gains and cost reductions.

Client Relationship Management:Maximize client satisfaction by maintaining regular touchpoints and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service and client engagement.

Develop and nurture strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.

Business Development Support:Contribute to business development efforts by supporting commercial activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.

Interfacing and Coordination:Act as the primary interface between Capabilities Units (e.g., technical teams, support units) and Business Units (e.g., sales, marketing).

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and goals are achieved.

Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives, fostering a cohesive approach to project execution.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Proven experience in project management with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA , PPAP , APQP).

Expériences:
Minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets dans l'ingénierie
