Overview:
Manage and oversee the operations, marketing, and financial activities for a portfolio of 5 commercial office buildings with 5 different owners. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure timely resolution of issues by administrative and technical staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend or approve necessary alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Contract and supervise vendor services, negotiate new leases, renewals, and handle tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Serve as the primary contact for property owners to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, manage operating budgets, and forecast management plans.
• Collect rent, reconcile tenant rent and CAM recovery charges, and coordinate legal actions if needed.
• Develop contracts and provide lease analysis for approval.

Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial property management experience.
• H.S. Diploma.
• Proficiency in MRI or Yardi systems.
• Strong communication and financial reporting skills, understanding of building operations, accruals, and aging reports.

• Experience managing multiple properties.
