A highly respected and growing residential custom home builder in the Los Angeles market is looking for an Assistant Superintendent/PM with talent, initiative and drive to join their team. Qualified candidates must have 3 years experience in residential homebuilding as a Superintendent/Project Manager. As a leader in the residential homebuilding industry we are looking to hire quality people and provide them with outstanding opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team-oriented environment. We are well established and are looking to dramatically grow over the next 2 years.

High-End Residential Superintendent Qualifications

• 3 years proven track record in residential construction and experience in building single family homes
• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Demonstrated ability to read and analyze architectural plans
• Excellent collaborator and communicator with a thorough understanding of construction procedures (including structure, building envelope, MEP, interior and exterior finishes)
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ability to think creatively and problem solve on the fly
• Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
