The Role:
As a member of the Private Client Services practice, Senior Associates participate in the tax planning, consulting, and compliance process for a variety of clients, including entrepreneurs, executives, partnerships, closely-held businesses, estates, and trusts. Senior Associates prepare and review tax returns as well as manage the work product of Experienced Associates on various engagements. Senior Associates must possess strong technical knowledge of tax planning, consulting, and compliance for both federal and state filings. Senior Associates interact heavily with management on a day-to-day basis and are expected to assist Managers in identifying and researching various client issues, and regularly communicate with clients.
Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Los Angeles, the expected salary range for this role is $92,000 to $141,200; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.
The Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree required;
Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree preferred, minimum GPA of 3.0;
Advanced credential preferred (i.e. CPA or JD);
At least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with an accounting firm;
Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills;
Initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to interact with, and gain respect of, all levels of internal and client personnel;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Proficient use of technology including MS Excel and tax preparation software; and
Strong attention to detail.
