Job description

Our global client is looking for a Social Media Analyst for a 12 month contract position in Culver City, California.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Social Media Reporting.

Lead reporting for owned social media channels, covering campaign specific, monthly, and ad hoc reports.

Establish and maintain owned social media benchmarks across platforms to evaluate success and identify trends.

Track and analyze the performance of creators and third party partners, establishing benchmarks and providing insights to optimize partnerships and illustrate results.

Other Digital Reporting & Monitoring

Track and report on brand-related digital conversations as well as broader industry topics.

Build and maintain dashboards to visualize digital conversation data, including sentiment analysis and topic modeling.

Set and evaluate KPIs for digital conversation and search performance.

Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, including but not limited to geo-specific topic modeling, audience analysis, and competitor research.

Provide insights that drive strategy by analyzing diverse datasets, identifying trends, and offering targeted recommendations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.95 to $52.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
