Job description

Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:

The Spirits ADS leads marketing efforts as the primary liaison for spirits suppliers, coordinating activities with company leadership to foster success metrics

As a Spirits ADS, you will develop the spirits portfolio in key on-premise and off-premise specialist shops, and high-end product customers

You will drive sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans, enhancing brand distribution and recognition in your assigned market

You will implement marketing strategies for distribution, menu placements, promotions, and back bar placements, while ensuring you maintain high visibility in accounts, surpassing competition through effective communications strategies

You will collaborate with account representatives to align priorities on marketing strategies and communicate customer needs effectively

You will conduct staff training events to promote product sales, serving as a knowledgeable spirits expert

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

Must be at least 21 years old

Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
