Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Presentation Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As the Visual Presentation Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative visual merchandising strategies that enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our products and brand. Your role is crucial in attracting customers and driving sales through compelling visual displays.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.

Create visually engaging displays that effectively showcase products, promotions, and seasonal themes in both physical and digital environments.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align visual presentation strategies with overall brand objectives.

Conduct regular audits and analysis of visual merchandising effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.

Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to source props, display materials, and other visual elements.

Provide guidance and training to store teams or remote associates on visual merchandising best practices and standards.

Oversee the setup and takedown of visual displays for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes.

Travel to physical locations occasionally to ensure visual presentation standards are maintained and provide on-site support as needed.

Uphold a high level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail in all visual presentation initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar role within the fashion/luxury retail industry.

Strong creative vision and the ability to translate brand concepts into visually appealing displays.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional travel and participate in virtual meetings.

Eligibility to work in the US with a Valid DL
