A little about this position:
The Rooms Division Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the hotel, which encompasses the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Property Management.

Assuming the responsibilities of the General Manager when the GM is unavailable.

This role holds accountability for achieving financial targets, ensuring employee satisfaction and performance, and maintaining high guest service standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role within the rooms division.

Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations operations.

California Association of Community Managers (CACM) Certifications, preferred.

Proficient Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.

Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations.

Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visual One.

Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.

Strong work ethic.

Flexible with work schedules, working on weekends and holidays.

Ability to effectively communicate with guests, employees, and management.

Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.

Ability to solve problems using good judgment and doing what is best for the customer, while adhering to hotel policy.

Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
