Tyto is searching for a Support Technician 3/DT to join our team in CA. DT Support Technician is responsible for supporting this complex, multi-year contract at for Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services in March, CA. Responsibilities: Provides support to network including LAN, WAN and to the network support team. Performs installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance and configurations as needed. Interacts with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Identifies problem and to provide corrective solution. LAN/WAN support (Cisco) Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise. Requirements: 3 or more years of relevant experience. (Network Technician Support, Technical Support, and Network Support). Experience managing network modernization work. Experienced in the following: Interacting with customers to communicate solutions, ticket status and updates. Diagnosing and resolving basic network issues. Experience working with and troubleshooting network issues. Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote aid. Skilled in providing installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills. Cisco Routing and Switching Certification is highly desired. Comp TIA Security Plus Certification is required. Network Plus or CCNA certification is desired. Aptitude to learn, apply and grow. Provide On-site support at March AFRB in Menifee, CA.
