Supplemental Health Care is working with a clinic in Martinez, California to hire Nurse Practitioners. For more than 30 years, we've specialized in helping nurses find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals. Whether you're just starting out or a veteran Nurse Practioner, we'd love to get to know you and talk about the options that are available.Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
- $80 - $85 an hour
- 4 hour shift blocks per day
- 9-10 patients on average per 4 hour block
- Supporting staff MA, RN, LVN
- Month to month schedule
- can request locations and preferred shifts
- 10 location site all within a half an hour from each other
- May be asked to float
- Full Timne hours preferred
- ASAP start
- Front office FQHC experience is ideal

Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
- AHA BLS
- Active DEA
- Front office FQHC experience is ideal
- 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
