Title: Senior Technical Program / Project Manager

Location: Remote

Summary: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Technical Program / Project Manager that is able to manage multiple programs / projects and drive results. This role is responsible for three separate areas: Business Continuity, Help Desk tooling and Data Privacy. This role requires that you have the ability to quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Experience:

Ability to manage Business Continuity projects.

Ability to strategize on various Help Desk tooling transformation.

Ability to support Data Privacy initiatives

PMP, Agile / Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.

Drive and influence technical strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.

Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations without authority.

Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, strategies, stakeholder coordination and status communication.

Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.

Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.

Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.

Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.

Drive sprints and scrums across various teams where appliable

Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.

Facilitate meetings, discussions and document key decisions made.

Manage tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company. Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.

PMP or CSM Certifications

Experience managing Business Continuity Projects.

Experience with Help Desk transformations.

Experience managing Data Privacy projects.

Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.

Display a competency in managing multiple projects.

Project Management expertise and experience.

Detailed oriented, task master and communicator.

Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.

Manages work with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities.

Ability to influence internal and external team members without direct reporting authority

Experience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audience.

Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning.

Strategic thinker with analytical and technology focused problem-solving experience.

Experience with demonstrating negotiation and conflict management.

Demonstrated experience with operating autonomously across multiple teams to foster cross-functional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and cross-functional partners.

Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
