Job description

Bookkeeper/Office Manager: Plans and oversee all administrative support, human resource management and office services. Analyses and organizes office operations and procedures, such as typing, bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Reviews, reconciles, and evaluates Monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reports. Monitors compliance with appropriate laws. Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.

Must have Payroll and bookkeeping experience.
