Overview:
JOB SUMMARY: Assists Controller/Assistant Controller in maintaining the daily financial operations of the hospital; prepares monthly bank reconciliation statement; assists the Assistant Controller in maintaining complete set of books; prepare journal entries and key in data into the system; maintain and update various analyses of accounts, utilizes analytical skill in reviewing monthly financial statement; assist in preparation of year end audit, balance sheet analysis of accounts, bi weekly staffing reports; maintain, control and prepare fixed assets records through CPSI system; maintains CER for new equipments and/or new constructions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Graduate from a college or university with a degree in Accounting or Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting; three years minimum hospital accounting experience; knowledge of excel spreadsheet and ten key by touch is essential.
