Great Hill is seeking a full-time Institute Leadership Support Specialist for the Institute for Security Governance (ISG) in Monterey, CA hybrid onsite support. Two days onsite and three days remote support. The Institute Leadership Support Team provides essential support to senior leadership and ISG staff, leveraging professional expertise and business acumen to meet operational needs and drive progress. Seeking candidates who are team-oriented, excel in collaborative fast-paced environments, and possess a broad range of skills to effectively handle tasks varying in size and complexity. The candidate must be support minded, an exceptional communicator, adaptable to change, and possess strong attention to results. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Support ISG leadership with a varied range of operational and administrative tasks and projects. Draft reports and other materials, provide divisional coordination and communications, and perform research and information gathering. Drive improvements to processes, systems, and tools for the betterment of the organization and enhanced operational effectiveness. Support all Talent Management (TM) personnel and manpower actions including package preparation (recruitments, selections, billet increases, etc.). Prepare accompanying documents such as job announcements and memos, perform specifications research, track and monitor packages, and support the hiring process. Regularly coordinate TM actions with teams across ISG's parent organizations, the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). Manage new hire onboarding including the creation and provision of informational materials, access requests, policy and procedural support, and assistance in divisional training requirements. Coordinate across all involved teams to ensure successful onboarding. Complete expeditious out-processing for departing personnel. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors in Management, Business Management or Administration, or a related discipline. Current Secret Security clearance or ability to attain a DoD Secret Security Clearance or interim Experience coordinating programs, conducting administrative briefings, and providing project Proven effective verbal and written communication skills is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative. Experience working on teams and independently Ability to go on-site on a hybrid schedule. Desired Skills: Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively engage across a variety of teams, organizations, functions, and working styles. Demonstrated ability to produce high quality deliverables with thought to big picture considerations for a staff of senior leaders.
