Great Hill is seeking a full-time Senior Education Coordinator Institute for Security Governance (ISG) in Monterey, CA. ISG hosts International Military Students from all over the globe and conducts 28-34 Resident courses per year. High-Level Requirements: The Sr. Education Coordinator will provide direct support and supervision to the Education Coordination Team. Specifically, this position will provide support in identifying, deploying, tracking and supporting Resident, Mobile, and Virtual education tasks for both routine and special projects/requirements as identified in the contract. This position takes a lead role in managing requirements related to overseeing support team member(s) and tasks based upon area of responsibility assignments, in consultation with the Team Lead. The role also oversees day-to-day team support requirements and execution, quality control, and various administrative duties, supporting both current and future contracts, and U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) requirements. The overarching goal for this position is to provide team support to allow the Team Lead to focus on more strategic planning and coordination with the Institute Operations Division Government employees. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Oversee all activities within the education support team Submit draft recommendations for Resident Course Support assignments to the Team Lead for collaborative decision making Manage Mobile Education coordination includes tracking event status, requirements, and progress; course material preparation and shipping; frequent communication to all stakeholders; reach back support for the travel team; course closeout tasks. Coordinate with ISG faculty, facility staff, and outside vendors on all Resident course administrative and logistic requirements; support course planning, preparation, execution and Field Studies Program. Input and monitor government approved course related information into online learning management systems such as Sakai, Blackboard, or NPS Box-Folder for file sharing when requested for virtual courses. The coordinator supports online throughout course execution. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in field related to international relations, business administration, Current Secret clearance or ability to attain a DoD Secret Security Clearance or interim prior to start. Minimum of three (3) years of program coordination experience for a University, Major Corporate Division, or Small Business. Recent experience in performing program point team functions for operational and logistical functions such as event planning and coordination within the last two years Recent experience as running point coordination in a team environment. Experience with programs that requires effective time management and organization skills to synchronize planning schedules for multiple projects. Experience with taskings that required balancing risk, conduct analysis, and recommending solutions in an effective manner. Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
