Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager in a dynamic organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial guidance to the organization. The role will involve supporting financial decision-making, ensuring financial integrity, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of financial activities, including cost analysis, financial forecasting, and reporting. This role will require collaboration with leadership and various teams across the organization to help drive key financial metrics, improve processes, and contribute to the company's overall financial strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

- Experience in preparing financial reports and providing financial guidance

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency with financial software and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and projections

- Manage financial tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals

- Oversee cost analysis, including staffing, materials, and other expenditures

- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to mitigate them

- Support financial audits and compliance with internal and external regulations

- Collaborate with various teams (operations, contracts, accounting, etc.) to ensure financial processes are efficient and compliant

- Assist with the preparation of financial documents and reports for both internal and external stakeholders

- Support financial decision-making and provide strategic advice to leadership

- Supervise and support the development of staff involved in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Qualifications & Competencies

- Experience in financial analysis, cost management, and budgeting

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software

- Strong ethical standards and attention to safe work practices

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related disciplines

Compensation Range: $170,000+
