Job Title: Product Manager
Job Location: Hybrid - Bay Area or Carpinteria (1+ days/week, days flexible)

We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) to join our enterprise product management team. As part of Enterprise Innovations organization, we transform how people work through innovative digital solutions.
Product Managers impact the product and operations by building, designing, implementing, and testing products, product features, and solutions focused on improving the user and customer experience.
Product Managers are data-driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit, an open-mindset, a comfort with ambiguity, are true system-thinkers, and are highly empathetic they want to consistently provide solutions to improve the experience of Client s users and customers.
To achieve results for our users and customers, Product Managers lead initiatives scaling across multiple teams and organizations, collaborate with key partners including Engineering, Design, Operations, are key communicators, and lead without authority, both providing long-term vision and continual user and customer insights and feedback.
Responsibilities:
" Define, document & effectively communicate customer journey, process maps, and detailed user stories/requirements.
" Be an expert at prioritization; build consensus on prioritization to drive product execution.
" Deliver insights to cross-functional partners via deep dives, product review documents, email reports and more.
" Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives that drive cohesive end to end experiences. Clearly communicate trade-offs and fit gap analysis to drive product decisions and set stakeholder expectations.
" Drive for business results and remain outcome-focused.
" Embraces ambiguity, while leveraging quantitative and qualitative information, to develop, provide, and implement the best product solutions for users.
Basic Qualifications:
" Bachelor s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
" 3+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations, Management Consulting, Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Deep subject matter expertise in digital content production of professional learning courses.
" Prior PM experience managing products that transform creator experience.
" Experience working with GAI technologies and/or GAI-enabled applications.
" Experience driving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
" Demonstrates strong empathy for users and customers, while balancing the vision and constraints of stakeholders.
" Cross-functional collaborator and negotiator, with strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
" Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams in multiple locations.
