Job description

Summary The International Visitors Office (IVO) Lead is responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring support is provided for the processing of Foreign Nationals (FN) and Foreign Representatives at ARC. Responsibilities Coordinate and work with the Center Foreign National Access Management (FNAM) requestors and sponsors to process all FN access requests for onsite visitors, remote access visitors, and offsite visitors meeting with NASA ARC organizations, and facilitate Center to Center visit requests. Process access requests through the NASA IDMAX system and review all FN visitor access control plans to ensure the requirements for each visit are captured and accurate. Complete the database checks through Visual Compliance, Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE), NCIC, Federal Bureau of Investigations File, National Criminal History Check (NCHC), and ARC Counterintelligence Office checks for each FN access request. Review each FN access request record for accuracy and forward the record to the ARC Export Control Office for approval for all non-designated country FN visitors and to the HQ NASA Office of International and Interagency Relations (OIIR) Office for FN visitors who are from designated countries. Transmit final approval in the NASA IDMAX system. Generating and distributing a notification to the FN visit host upon receiving approval from Export Control or OIIR. Conduct and develop training for FN Access Management Requestors and Sponsors and review and update SOPs as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Two years of supervisory experience in security, administrative, secretarial and/or badging experience. Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance, but not required to start. All Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) related training required within specified time. NASA Access Management System (NAMS) within 30 days of appointment. NCIC prior to appointment. DHS Systeatic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) within 90 days of appointment. Visual Compliance within 90 days of appointment. IDMAX System training within 30 days of appointment. NASA Foreign National Escort Training within 30 days of appointment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Preferred knowledge of and understanding of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12). Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
