Pay Range: $43 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Position: Privacy Analyst (also referred to as a Project Manager role in the system).

Location: Mountain View or San Francisco (office attendance required 2-3 days a week).

Project Management: Overseeing work related to tracking tags and categorizing them.

Work with various teams to manage and classify all trackers and tags.

Coordinate with the privacy team to handle escalations and categorization issues.

Collaboration: Will work closely with business teams to understand tags and trackers, especially when information is unclear or unknown.

Documentation: Create an inventory/catalogue of the tags and trackers in the system.

Team Location: The privacy team is flexible on office days, typically in the office 2 days a week.

Primary Work: Begin by inventorying and categorizing low-hanging fruit (trackers/tags).

Long-term Work: Work with other teams to track down more difficult-to-identify trackers and resolve issues related to missing information.

Initial screening interview.

2-3 interviews in the final round (could be scheduled for the same day, depending on availability).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills:OneTrust or CCPA or GDPR, Privacy Expertise, Project Management .

Project Management: Strong project management skills with ownership and attention to detail are critical.

Privacy Expertise: Experience in privacy, consent management, identity, and privacy regulations is desired but not mandatory.

Legal Experience: Working with legal teams or privacy laws is a nice-to-have.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Martech is a bonus but not a requirement.

Certifications: No specific certifications are required.

Consent Management Tool: OneTrust is used for managing privacy workflows. Experience in using this tool is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory.

3+ years of privacy experience is ideal but not mandatory.

Strong project management skills are more important than privacy-specific experience.

Legal experience is a nice-to-have but not as critical as privacy knowledge.

Candidates with legal backgrounds who have transitioned into privacy would also be considered.

Experience with privacy tools like OneTrust is a plus but not a requirement.
